Expectations Of Applicants

» Appropriate Gear/Skills
Players wishing to apply to Bind should be ready to ascend toward 85 and work to get geared. Previous raiding experience is not mandatory, but is highly desired. Applicants should have professions leveled (450+) and all gear gemmed/enchanted. Anything less screams “carry me”.

» Appropriate Schedule
We currently raid Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 7:00pm-11:30pm CST. Raid invites begin at 6:45pm. Missing a day here and there happens to everybody, but missing one of the three every week is unacceptable. Players that frequently miss raids and vanish for long periods of time without notice will quickly find themselves without a raiding spot. In some cases, the player may be removed from the guild.

» Appropriate Attitude
It’s wishful thinking that 25-30 players will be best friends in the game, but that doesn’t mean there should be animosity. We’re here to work together as a team to accomplish our common goals. Getting along won’t be too difficult – most players in this guild are pretty friendly. Elitist attitudes and know-it-alls don’t find their stay here too pleasant. Maximum effort is required at all times. If you aren’t willing to do that, somebody else will.

» A Structured Community
Bind has been an active guild on Archimonde since the final days of Vanilla Wow. The core of the guild has been playing together for a long time and have no intention on stopping. As long as you participate and contribute to the guild in a positive way, you have a home.

» Gear and Items
Gear is distributed using an EPGP system. What you put into the raid, you take out. If you’re unfamiliar with EPGP, there are several websites that discuss it.

» Guild Bank Support
Our guild is fairly well funded and allows us to assist raid members with various items. Gems, enchants, and other items are available to raiding members at a discounted (or no) cost.
