July 22, 2008 - High Warlord Najentus and Supremus Down!
After a few tries to get the timing down, and coming to terms with pulling spikes out other player's asses, High Warlord Najentus became our latest victim. We continued on and also downed Supremus. Another solid performance from everybody. First loots were [The Maelstrom's Fury], [Slippers of the Seacaller], [Waistwrap of Infinity], [Nether Shadow Tunic]

July 21, 2008 - Anetheron, Kaz'rogal and Azgalor Down!
Only our second night in here, and the bosses are dropping left and right. After taking down our previous conquest, Rage Winterchill, we moved on and one-shotted our way through the rest of the instance - even taking a few early looks at Archimonde himself. Great focus, teamwork, and performance from everybody tonight. First loots were [Hatefury Mantle], [Blade of Infamy], [Razorfury Mantle], [Valestalker Girdle], [Gloves of the Forgotten Conqueror] x 2, [Gloves of the Forgotten Vanquisher].

July 14, 2008 - Rage Winterchill Down!
Night one in Hyjal proved to be a successful one. Rage Winterchill dropped after only a few attempts and we came very close to dropping Anetheron as well. It only took one night to come to the conclusion that many others have in the past - Hyjal trash sucks. First loots were [Bracers of the Pathfinder] and [Rejuvenating Bracers].

July 09, 2008 - Al'ar Down!
The first kills keep rolling in this week. Tonight's victim was the big roadblock from a while back - Al'ar. Three of four in the brightest instance known to man, Kael'thas Sunstrider is just around the corner. First loots were [Fire Crest Breastplate], [Claw of the Phoenix], [Phoenix-Ring of Rebirth].

July 08, 2008 - Morogrim Tidewalker Down!
And only Lady Vashj remains...First loots were [Luminescent Rod of the Naaru], [Talon of Azshara], [Razor-Scale Battlecloak].

July 07, 2008 - Hydross the Unstable and Fathom-Lord Karathress Down!
Welcome STK friends! Two new bosses down tonight. Usable first loots were [Brighthelm of Justice], [Frayed Tether of the Drowned], [Leggings of the Vanquished Champion] x 2, [Leggings of the Vanquished Hero], [Plans: Belt of the Guardian].

June 12, 2008 - SSC Rolls On - Leotheras the Blind Down!
Week two up against that whirling fucker turned out to be all we needed. Leotheras the Blind went down on the second attempt of the night without much of a problem. Great work by everybody. First kill loots were [Fang of the Leviathan], [Gloves of the Vanquished Champion] x 2, and [Gloves of the Vanquished Hero].

June 02, 2008 - Our First Stop In SSC - The Lurker Below Down!
It didn't take long for us to start to really enjoy Serpentshrine Cavern. It's not as bright as Tempest Keep, and let's be honest - the Coilfang instances just feel welcoming to a lot of us. Hydross had to wait a week, we're still getting those resist sets completed. Instead, we went on and fished for The Lurker Below. It took a few tries for everybody to get used to popping in and out of the burning water, but then he was ours. First kill loots were [Grove-Bands of Remulos], [Libram of Absolute Truth], and [Glowing Breastplate of Truth].

May 12, 2008 - High Astromancer Solarian Down!
Another week in TK, another boss downed. We started the night by clearing our way to Void Reaver. After one-shotting him (same loots again!), we sifted through the trash to Solarian. It took four attempts, but we got him. First loots were [Void Star Talisman], [Star-Strider Boots], and [Star-Soul Breeches].

May 05, 2008 - Void Reaver Down!
Week two against the big bucket of bolts is all it took for him to drop. First loots were [Wristguards of Determination], [Mantle of the Avatar], and [Mantle of Tirisfal] x 2.

March 31, 2008 - Magtheridon Down!
Four attempts on our first night in Magtheridon's Lair is all it took to down the big guy. That, and Suioh's mistake pull just before our last shot of the evening. All that time playing her hunter alt has her thinking she can pull raid bosses now - heh. First loots were [Liar's Tongue Gloves], [Aegis of the Vindicator], [Chestguard of the Fallen Hero], [Chestguard of the Fallen Champion] x 2, [Magtheridon's Head], [Pyrestone], [Lionseye] x 2, and [Pit Lord's Satchel].

March 05, 2008 - Akil'Zon Down!
We haven't been in Zul'Aman as much as we would like since the first boss we downed back in January, but a group ventured in tonight with hopes of revenge on the bird boss would just wouldn't die from 1%. It took a while, but he finally fell. Nothing usefull dropped, but at least he's now dead.

February 28, 2008 - Gruul the Dragonkiller Down!
Four attemps on the big guy and he dropped fairly easily. Great job to everybody who showed up. Thank you goes out to the few folks that filled in to help plug up the holes. Grats to Vexum for picking up [Light-Mantle of the Incarnate] early in the night, Karakthuul for [Legwraps of the Aldor], and Zenob for [Gronn-Stitched Girdle]

February 21, 2008 - Venturing Into Gruul's Lair
Teamed up with <Dementia> for our first taste of Gruul's Lair this evening. We had a good turnout, our healing and damage was strong. After a few attempts to get the timing of the pull down, High King Maulgar fell to the combined group. Gruul proved to be a bit harder for us, our best attempt had him down to 14% before 15 or so growths got the best of us.

January 26, 2008 - Nalorakk Down!
We almost didn't make it to ZA this week, but fortunately we found time to take a few more shots at the first boss. It will be a while before we can do this and make the bonus timer, but we managed to take Nalorakk down without much problem. Grats to Proffit - he picked up [Fury] on our first kill.

January 15, 2008 - Business As Usual And A Venture Into Zul'Aman!
It's said that the more things change, the more they stay the same. With Karazhan back on track, we had a bit of time to step into Zul'Aman. It took a while to get the hang of the pacing in the Nalorakk fight, but it's not so bad once everybody figures it out. As some of the new members get better gear, he'll drop in no time.

December 13, 2007 - It's Good To Be Back!
Last night we made a triumphant return to Karazhan after a month-long hiatus. With some folks who were both new to Bind and new to Karazhan, we stomped through 5 bosses in just one evening, with only one wipe on the table. The next night we continued on with another handful of bosses. Some of the newer folks got some nice drops, but we did have to disenchant quite a few items. While we certainly don't like to shard so much gear, we got our new members good experience and had a blast in the process. Damn, it feels good to be gangstaz.
November 04, 2007 - Nightbane Down!
It seems like just yesterday we first stepped foot in Karazhan. Just a short time later, we've managed to clear every boss in the instance. In just our second week of attempts, the big guy went down after a handful of tries. Best of all, there were no deaths! Loots were [Ferocious Swift-Kickers] and [Talisman of Nightbane].

October 21, 2007 - Only Nightbane Remains!
Our nemesis from last week proved not to be so rough once we figured out a way to organize ourselves for this encounter. Nightbane is next and should prove to be a nasty fight. Good loots all around recently. Netherspite loots were [Jewel of Infinite Possibilities] and [Earthblood Chestguard].

September 23, 2007 - Prince Malchezaar Is No More!
After working our way through some lower bosses and completing the oh so very difficult Chess Event for the freebie epics, week two of Prince attempts got underway. This time we got the best of him and scored yet another victory for Bind! Loots off Prince were [Jade Ring of the Everliving], [Light-Collar of the Incarnate], [Sunfury Bow of the Phoenix].

September 16, 2007 - Prince Malchezaar 1, Bind 0
After nearly one shotting everything up to Prince earlier in the week, we began to work on the big guy Sunday night. A few aggro issues, LOS problems, and unfortunate Infernal drops got the best of us in our first night of working towards the end of Karazhan. Our group's best attempt was 19%, which would have been the one where we downed him had it not been for a LOS problem at the very end. There is no doubt that we'll take this guy out soon. Great work by everybody in the raid who pulled a late night Friday to get us into a position to make some serious attempts at progression. Prince will fall soon enough.
September 09, 2007 - Shade of Aran, Terestian Illhoof, and Chess Event Down!
On only our second night of trying to take out Shade of Aran, we downed him. It took a handful of tries, but in the end we were successful. Great work everybody, sticking to the plan and getting this guy out of the way. Loots were: [Drape of the Dark Reavers] and [Saberclaw Talisman].

It was still early in the evening, so the raid moved on to Terestian Illhoof. We got him to 2% our first attempt, wiped the second, then downed him on the third. Seems like Shade of Aran is the harder of the two, Illhoof fell quite easily. Loots were: [Gilded Thorium Cloak] and [Cord of Nature's Sustenance].

After Illhoof, we moved on to the Chess Event. We had never attempted it before, but had heard it is the easiest epics in the game. Turns out we heard correct, Chess Event is cake. Loots were: [King's Defender] and [Ring of Recurrence]. Great job by everybody this week in Karazhan. We've progressed very far in not a very long time. You should all be very proud of what we've been able to accomplish.
September 03, 2007 - Curator Down!
Finished up a great week in Karazhan by not only clearing the way to and attempting Curator, but by downing him on the third try. The first try was just to feel out the fight - we managed to take him down to 55%. On the second attempt, the tank dropped at around 15%. The OT picked him up and we were able to get him down to 4% before wiping. Third time was a charm, downed him with no deaths and lots of mana to spare. Loots were: [Netherblade Gloves] and [Forest Wind Shoulderpads].

After Curator, and some PVP outside, we cleared the way to Shade of Aran - [Grasp of the Dead] dropping along the way AGAIN. Shade was a rough fight, one that we're going to have to work on. Our first try found us all dead and running back at only 80%. The next two attempt we got him down to 38% before both the elementals and the polymorph/pyroblast ruined us. On the third try, we held up a little better and got him down to around the same percentage. As we get more geared working towards this boss in the future, that fight will go better and better.
August 29, 2007 - Zanix Drops Epic Pants!
And so does random trash in Karazhan - as evidenced by the guild bank's newest acquisition, [Pants of Living Growth]. We bounced back after a terrible week last week and downed not just our regular two, but FOUR bosses tonight! Attumen and Moroes went down with one attempt each. Not knowing which event would spawn for Opera, we then took down Maiden on just our second try. After Maiden, we cleared back towards Opera (Romulo and Julianne) and downed them on our second try as well. If it weren't for Julianne getting a heal off while both were less than 5%, we would have one shot them too. First kill drops off the two lovers were [Romulo's Poison Vial] and [Trial-Fire Trousers].

August 27, 2007 - Don't Spill Beer On Your Laptop
Beer soaked laptops and disconnects marred this weekend's ventures into Karazhan. Despite the problems we had, we were able to manage downing Attumen and Moroes. We worked our way to Opera, but got promptly owned. This is a weekend we'll want to quickly put behind us.
August 19, 2007 - Opera and Maiden Down!
Great night in Karazhan tonight! We started out and cleared our way to the Opera Event, got Wizard of Oz again and one shot it. It seems that our first attempt at it the other day was missing one key element - a warlock. DPS casters were in luck, both [Trial-Fire Trousers] and [Ruby Slippers] dropped.

Opera dropped quickly and it was still early in the night, so we began the trash clearing on the way to Maiden of Virtue. Fifteen minutes later we were on our first attempt to down the boss. On our first try, we got her down to 34%. The next attempt she got down to 14%. After an accidental pull (and wipe), we regrouped and smoked her. Maiden dropped [Gloves of Centering] and [Bands of Indwelling]. Nothing got disenchanted, nice upgrades for everybody, and two bosses in one night - not a bad raid at all.

August 15, 2007 - More Looks At Opera
Downed the usual bosses our first night in Karazhan this week and got to try out another random event at Opera. We got Wizard of Oz this time and things didn't end up as well as we would have liked. The encounter is a bit crazy, but with proper class balance and planning, we should be able to take it soon.
August 12, 2007 - Moving Forward in Karazhan
A strong showing in Karazhan tonight. We brought in some new folks to the Bind raid mix and everybody did very well. Attumen went down easily (as usual) and then we one-shotted Moroes. It was our first one-shot of Moroes - excellent job everybody! After the first two bosses, we were able to get our first look at the Opera Event. We got Big Bad Wolf and were able to take a few tries at it - our best being somewhere around 30%. It seems like an easy event, and downing him will be no problem should we have enough time.
Our drops are getting better, nothing got sharded tonight.
August 04-05, 2007 - Weekend In Karazhan
Another good week in Karazhan has come to a close. In two nights, we were able to duplicate our progress and work a little deeper into the instance. After Attumen and Moroes, we cleared through some more trash in the Ballroom and headed up towards the Opera Event and Maiden.
July 29, 2007 - Moroes Down!
Moroes down! Moroes down! After a few failed attempts, we were able to take Moroes down tonight in our first week of trying him. [Idol of the Avian Heart] dropped and was magically transformed into two glorious [Void Crystal]. [Royal Cloak of Arathi Kings] also dropped and was looted by Proffit. Good job everybody on downing the boss and progressing a bit more!

July 25, 2007 - Back Into Karazhan!
After a week off, we were back in Karazhan once more. We downed Attumen with no problems at all. After clearing the trash on the way to Moroes, we were able to take several shots at him. It took a bit to get the strat and timing down, but we were able to get it down and take him to 26% after it was figured out. It was a healer with Garrote that did us in. We should be able to take him down without many problems next time.
July 11, 2007 - First Karazhan Raid
Congratulations team on a great first run in Karazhan! The raid was almost flawless - no wipes, and only a few deaths (including Roaknar in the UC elevator!!). We took down Attumen the Huntsman on the first try and started to get a feel for what the trash is like on the way to Moroes. [Gauntlets of Renewed Hope] dropped, but was quickly sent to the disenchant machine. [Steelhawk Crossbow] also dropped, and it was looted by a douche hunter that was so busy betraying several guild members that it is amazing that he even had time to loot the item.
