Current Recruiting Needs

If your class is not currently needed, you can still fill out an application for membership to the guild as a NON RAIDING MEMBER. If you accept a non-raiding position, you will not be eligible for invites to raids unless all other options have been exhausted - and sometimes not even then if your gear isn't at a high enough level.
Misc Requirements
» Attendance: Be able to attend 75%+ raids.
» Geared at our level: If you aren't ready for Tier 6 content, we probably don't have a place for you.
» Specced/Geared for PVE: Sorry, your welfare epics and PVP talents aren't viable for PVE in most cases.
» At least 18 years old: We don't need pep rallies getting in the way.
» Thick Skinned: Things can get rough in vent. Act like a bitch, and somebody will tell you.
» Overall friendly disposition: Despite what is stated above, this is a great community so let's keep it that way
The Application Process
Thank you for your interest in joining Bind. Before you fill out the application below, here is a rundown of how the recruitment process works:
Step One: - Before you fill out the application, make sure you read our guild charter and list of frequently asked questions about the guild to make sure you feel we're all the right fit. If that looks good, fill out the application on this page. It will be sent to the Guild Master for review. Incomplete or blatantly ignorant applications will be ignored.
Step Two: - One of our recruitment officers will contact you in game if you meet one of the needs of the guild. They may communicate with you via private messages, in a party, or ask you to join our Ventrilo server. They will provide you with the hostname and password that allows you to access the server if a Ventrilo conversation is needed. What follows will be a brief interview to ensure that you could possibly be a good fit for our guild.
Step Three: - If you are accepted, you'll be invited into the guild as an initiate (rank: newguy) and be expected to participate as if you had been here since day one. You will be given a forums and Ventrilo login. This is an evaluation stage (approximately two-three weeks) where you will be judged on how well you seem to be integrating into the guild. If your gear allows, you will be permitted to raid with us as the needs of the group dictate. A full Bind member (rank: raider over rank: member) will always get a raid position over an initiate, but you will be able to earn DKP at a normal rate. If you are later accepted into the guild, any DKP you earned while an initiate stays with you. You are not gimped in any way by being the new person in the guild.
Step Four: - If it seems that you would be a good fit for the guild, you'll be promoted to member or raider. If not, you will be notified of the decision and removed from the guild. In some cases we may feel there is not enough information/feedback to determine your compatibility with the guild and your evaluation period may be extended.
This may seem like a long process, but we feel it is neccessary to make sure the people we bring into the guild will compliment those already here. The application mentioned in step one follows below. Again, thank you for your interest in joining Bind!
